Sólo una sugerencia, poner número de las habitaciones afuera de la puerta. Una amiga se equivoco y entro en otra habitación. Muy agradecida, pasamos bárbaro. Muchas gracias !!!

We loved our 2-night stay with you. L’Auberge is a beautiful hotel and is a peaceful sanctuary in the busy town of Punta del Este. The neighborhood is lovely to walk in and the hotel lawn, common areas, and rooms are tranquil and very well maintained. The dinners we had were among our favorites of our month in South America. Most important was the exceptional service, with a special thanks to Valeria and Ignacio. Only one suggestion for improvement: We would like coffee pods in the room and filtered water in a glass bottle that we do not have to pay for. We will highly recommend L’Auberge to our friends in the US.

La ambientación del hotel es hermosa, te transporta a Europa automáticamente. Muy buena atención de todo el personal. Desayuno muy rico y completo. Las instalaciones en excelente estado. Nos encantó la habitación con balcón. Gracias.

One of our favorites spots ever!

We had an amazing 2-week stay at L’Auberge. Our Deluxe Plus room had the most comfortable bed, a fireplace where we had fire one evening. The hotel’s service was professional, attentive and friendly. The swimming pool was refreshing and the service was provided fro m the adjacent restaurant. All in all it was a perfect stay! Tea room served the tastiest waffles with warm chocolate and dulce de leche in the afternoon which attracted hotel’s neighbours in the area.

«Our stay was wonderful, and we would certainly like to come back. The first day our room didn’t get maid service, it wasn’t a big deal and we told the front desk the next morning and they had the room serviced right away. The only complaint in the room is that the bathroom mirror had some strange marks on it which for a 5 star hotel isn’t ideal, but again, this wasn’t a big deal given the wonderful service we received that was 5 star. The service we received from staff was outstanding, and we were able to order waffles to the pool and drinks and it made all of our desires met, which made it a great vacation. The women working the restaurant were wonderful. The wine and food selection was great, we ate at the hotel restaurant for all meals except one dinner as we loved the food and atmosphere there. The restaurant staff at breakfast, lunch and dinner were fantastic and served us at the pool as well. We will come back for the excellent service we received, really good food, and beautiful pool that was the perfect temperature. We very much enjoyed our stay!»
